Plain-English summary of what this site collects and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, or you want your data removed, email ben@echapps.com.

What I collect

Your email address — when you submit the contact form, the newsletter signup, or request a downloadable resource. That's it. No analytics, no behavioral profile, no fingerprinting.

Why

Email addresses go to one of two places, depending on which form you used:

  • Newsletter signup or resource request: your email goes to my Beehiiv list so I can send the weekly newsletter or the file you asked for.
  • Contact form: your name, email, and message land in my inbox via Resend so I can reply directly.

Who processes this data

Three vendors handle the technical side. Each has its own privacy policy:

Cookies

One functional cookie:

  • bc_resources_email — set when you request a downloadable resource. Remembers your email on this device for 180 days so you don't have to re-enter it on later visits.

No third-party tracking cookies. No analytics cookies. No advertising cookies.

How to remove your data

Reply to any email from me, or email ben@echapps.com directly. I'll delete you from the list and any internal records.
